Black Baseball History Month!... Baseballer Of The Week!...Frank Robinson!

  

Our Inaugural 'Baseballer of the Week'

for this week 

goes to:

the Big Black Guy, 6-1, 195, who was a 

MLB player and manager for two years, 

and he also hit 2 grand slams in one game, 

while being the season MVP in both 

leagues, and he started off in the majors

as the 1956 Rookie of the Year, and 

won two World Series, and was 

MLB's first Black Manager, while 

playing for five teams, and was World 

Series MVP in 1966, 

plus many more records...

plate more than their opponents to win.

Black Baseball History Month!... Baseballer Of The Week!...Frank Grant!

  

Our Inaugural 'Baseballer of the Week'

for this week 

goes to: 

the Big Black Guy, 5-7.5, 155, who was a 

star player, batting at least .344 in 1886 with 

the Meriden Silvermen, and was one of five 

Big Black and Beautiful Men who played 

before the bigoted white owners and 

teammates barred All Black players in 1933, 

but he persevered and was a standout player 

in the Negro Leagues, but in 2006, ownership's 

fault was admitted and he was let in the 

front door of the MLB Hall of Fame, 

and so much more...

the Big Black Guy, 6-0, 240, whose right-handed 

baseball instincts entertained many fans of the sport, 

plus he is considered one of the best 

'hot corner' third baseman of all time, 

and he was a 4x All-Star Gamer, a 5x Golden Glove 

winner, a 4x Sliver Slugger winner, and led the NL 

in home runs in 2004. and was begged to come 

into the MLB HOF in 2024,
